If the material is not mature enough, the quenching temperature should be increased and the amount of steam during quenching should be increased. It is also possible that the cutter position is far and blunt, so that the particles are short or torn rather than cut.

2. The particle surface of the aquatic feed pellet machine is not very smooth, and the powdering efficiency is high. When used, the ring mode compression may be relatively small, and the compression hole and ring mode compression should be increased.

3. The particle surface of the aquatic feed pellet machine is smoother, but its hardness is too high when it is used. Therefore, it is directly possible that the ring mode compression is relatively large, and the ring mode compression ratio should be lowered.

4. When the water content of the pellet is too high, the production yield is low, and the plugging phenomenon often occurs. It may be that the pressure reducing valve cannot be decompressed or the trap cannot play a hydrophobic role. The pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to enter the conditioner. The steam pressure is 0.1-0.4 MPa, and the trap can play a hydrophobic role.
