After the material is crushed to the required particle size, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the hoist, and then the vibrating feeder continuously feeds the material into the Raymond Mill main grinding chamber. Due to the centrifugal force during the rotation, the grinding roller swings outwards. , Pressing on the grinding ring, the blade scoops the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and achieves the purpose of crushing due to the rolling of the grinding roller. After the material is ground, the fine powder is brought into the analyzer for sorting with the circulating air of the blower, the coarse material falls back to the regrind, and the fine powder is discharged into the finished cyclone collector with the airflow, and discharged through the powder tube. That is the finished product. In Raymond Mill, there is a certain amount of moisture in the milled material, heat is generated during grinding, water vapor evaporates, and the interface between the pipes of the whole machine is not tight, the outside air is sucked, the circulating air pressure is increased, and the mill is under negative pressure. In the state of operation, the increased air flow is discharged into the dust collector through the residual air duct, purified and discharged into the atmosphere.
